Charlotte Regional Office

The American Arbitration Association’s^® Charlotte Regional Office services the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.

The office is available to assist with information about arbitrations, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution options through the AAA^®.

Office Services

Located in one of the South Park Towers buildings, this is one of North Carolina’s largest and most distinguished business districts, close to the city’s most desirable neighborhoods. This stunning building is constructed with various finishes of amber and black granite, marble and glass. The center offers panoramic views of Charlotte’s uptown skyline and complimentary parking.

The city is generally regarded as forward thinking. For the past decade it has been going through a period of huge growth and construction. The region has more than 240 energy companies employing more than 26,000 people, and has become known as the New Energy Capital. The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is becoming renowned for its energy education and research. Charlotte is also home to NASCAR and its Hall of Fame. A number of Fortune 500 companies and other major corporations are also based here.

Airport

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Taxi fare from the airport is approximately $40.

Driving Directions

From Airport. Exit Charlotte Douglas Airport and turn right onto Old Dowd Road. Turn right on Boyer Street. Turn right onto Billy Graham Parkway. Turn right onto South Boulevard; Turn left onto Tyvola Road. Stay straight Tyvola Turns into Fairview Road. The building will be on the right hand side.

From Greensboro. Take I-85 toward Charlotte. Merge onto 1-77 South via Exit 38 toward Columbia. Take exit 5 – Tyvola Road, keep left off the exit ramp. Follow Tyvola Road until it becomes Fairview Road. Turn Left onto Barclay Downs Drive. Turn Left onto Congress Street. The building will be on the right hand side.

From Columbia, SC. Take I-77 North crossing into North Carolina. Take Exit 5, Tyvola Road. Turn right at the top of the exit ramp. Follow Tyvola Road. until it becomes Fairview Road. Turn Left onto Barclay Downs Drive. Turn Left onto Congress Street. The building will be on the right hand side.
