The Council of the American Arbitration Association® (“Council”) is a voluntary advisory body of the AAA-ICDR®. The Council is integral to the AAA’s® mission to lead the world in providing innovative measures to prevent, mitigate, and resolve disputes fairly and efficiently. Council members are experts and thought leaders in their respective fields, representing a wide range of external perspectives with experience working in companies, law firms, not-for-profit organizations and academic and government institutions. The AAA benefits from the broad and diverse expertise of its Council members.
