Due to COVID 19, the April session of the successful Coffee Connect series will be presented as a webinar. The world of dispute resolution is adjusting to its new reality and the myriad options of using technology to minimize disruption. However, pressing concerns relating to key issues–including cross-examination, expert testimony, and enforcement of awards in times of crisis–pose challenges and opportunities to all stakeholders.
