Our India Focus series continues to focus on unique and contemporary issues. In this edition, an expert panel will discuss the scope of dispute resolution in the lifecycle of transactions, particularly those involving Indian parties. The speakers will draw from their experiences with drafting of contracts, cultural awareness, and confidentiality – as well as dealing with commercial aspects, impact of the pandemic, costs and preservation of long term collaborations – providing depth to all aspects of the discussion. The benefits of International Arbitration, Institutional Arbitration along with key issues such as seat selection, changes in legislation, technology and award enforcement considerations will also be discussed.

This fireside chat will include perspectives from expert dispute resolution practitioners from the United States, India and General Counsel. It is a must attend for all stakeholders both from India and for those who work with Indian stakeholders.
