The AAA-ICDR® Asia Case Management Centre and PwC Singapore are co-hosting a Virtual Mock Cross Examination Training Series for young practitioners across the world. On the basis of availability of experts and resources, teams comprising of two members each will be selected to train and participate in a mock virtual cross examination training session, including the opportunity to use the case management tools offered under the ICDR® International Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures. This will also give participants a unique opportunity to practice the cross examination of quantum experts and receive feedback from tribunals of experienced practitioners.
TEAM APPLICATION
Please apply as a team comprising of two members and ensure that you provide accurate and updated information. Only lawyers with seven years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) or less on the date of the training series are permitted to participate.
Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. Teams must apply before August 7, 2020. The teams chosen by AAA-ICDR Asia CMC and PwC Singapore will be contacted and provided subsequent information with regards to the training. If there is very high demand, the organizers will consider scheduling an additional day of training sessions.
