The American Arbitration Association® (AAA) is dedicated to transparency, fairness, and efficiency in its arbitration processes. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the Consumer Arbitration Rules and Employment Arbitration Rules, we invited public input on proposed revisions. These updates are designed to modernize and clarify the rules while reinforcing our focus on transparency, fairness, efficiency, and ethical standards.
The public comment period remained open until February 28, 2025, providing individuals and organizations an opportunity to share their perspectives. We sincerely appreciate the feedback received and thank all who took the time to provide their comments. We have received permission to post the comments, honoring the wishes of those who requested to remain anonymous.
