Mentorship

The AAA-ICDR Women Panelist Resource Group takes mentorship seriously, providing a structured program to facilitate personal and professional growth. Our one-to-one mentorship assignments with AAA panelists span a year, complete with clear expectations for a successful mentor-mentee relationship. The AAA conducts regular follow-ups to assess the program's effectiveness.

This mentorship effort is not just an addition to our community; it's a fundamental part of the onboarding process for new female panelists, ensuring they receive the support they need from day one.
