AAA® Healthcare Panel:

A panel of practicing experts

The American Arbitration Association® Healthcare Panel is made up of more than 260 arbitrators and mediators who are healthcare industry professionals, including healthcare attorneys, physicians and nurses with law degrees, CEOs, CFOs, and CPAs for large health systems and providers, healthcare consultants, and former federal and state judges. These arbitrators are carefully vetted to ensure they demonstrate the expertise needed for resolving complex healthcare disputes.

AAA healthcare panelists leverage experience and expertise that often lead to faster resolutions. They bring knowledge on issues specific to the healthcare industry, such as billing disputes, medical malpractice claims, and contract disputes.
